Each room is packed with features designed with your comfort in mind 
all year round and is built with quality materials. Each Room consists of:

  • Low to the ground for ease of access

  • Double glazed windows (slider and back window) with curtains and blinds

  • Mains connection with 3 sets of double sockets

  • Phone and internet connections ready

  • Exterior light above entrance and main light in center

  • Insulated walls, floor and ceiling

  • Carpeted or hardwood-look floor

  • Small deck with sides and top lip for shelter

  • Plywood interior and exterior

  • Coloursteel painted roofing

  • Sitting on treated skids

SITE REQUIREMENTS
The Room sits on treated skids which means it can be placed directly onto the ground. The area needs to be big enough to fit your chosen Room + delivery and pick up space and needs to be relatively flat with good solid ground underneath, either hard dirt, gravel or concrete.
(Site location needs to be confirmed prior to delivery).

SERVICE AREA
Xtra Roomz are available for rent or purchase in the Auckland and Waikato region.

DELIVERY
We have designed and built a custom trailer so we can deliver your new Xtra Room to your property. Because of the size of the Room and trailer we require enough room to back the Room in release it and drive forwards, and then the opposite for pick up. 

​

BASIC tERMS for hire

Xtra Roomz are available to hire at the agreed upon weekly rate

Minimum hire term of 6 months

Prior to delivery:
2 weeks bond
2 weeks rent in advance
Delivery/pick up fee

No smoking
No pets
Keep room clean and tidy
Guarantor required if hire by a business
